"Are you guys real?" is one of the most common things customers ask us before their first order, and it is a fair question in a category with plenty of thin websites. This page answers the practical side of it: how you pay, how it arrives, and what happens if something is wrong.
How to reach an actual person before you order

Payment options
Cannexia accepts prepaid payment through secure checkout, and Cash on Delivery is available across India. COD carries a ₹200 handling fee, added to your order total at checkout.
If COD is what is making you hesitate rather than the product, that is a solved problem. Choose it at checkout.
The order journey, end to end
- You check out. Prepaid or cash on delivery.
- A doctor calls you. A registered Ayurvedic doctor, free with every order, within working hours. This step is required — see how the consultation works.
- A prescription is issued.
- Your order ships against it, and you get a tracking link.
The consultation is why a Cannexia order does not dispatch within an hour of checkout the way a phone case would. It is a feature, not a delay — but it is worth knowing so you are not wondering.
Delivery
We ship pan-India. Same-day delivery is available in Delhi NCR. You will receive a tracking link once the order is dispatched.
Packaging — the question people are too polite to ask
Packaging is discreet. Nothing on the outside of the parcel indicates what is inside — no branding suggesting the category, nothing that would prompt a question from a family member, a neighbour or a building security desk.
This matters more in India than most brands acknowledge, and it is a normal thing to want. You are not being paranoid by asking.
The returns policy, stated plainly
We would rather tell you the awkward parts up front than have you find them later.
Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once confirmed. This is a consequence of how prescription-linked products have to be handled — but it is a real limitation and you should know it before you order, not after. Check your address and phone number before you pay.
Replacements are available for a wrong, damaged or defective item. To request one:
- Email support@cannexia.com within 24 hours of delivery
- Attach a clear unboxing video with visible date and time, showing the package being opened
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
Not covered: requests made more than 24 hours after delivery, products that have been used or opened, damage after successful delivery, and requests without the unboxing video.
The unboxing video requirement sounds fussy. It exists because it is the only way to distinguish transit damage from post-delivery damage, and it protects genuine claims. Our practical advice: film the thirty seconds of opening the parcel. It costs you nothing and it is the difference between a replacement and a refused claim.
What if the doctor says no?
Then you do not receive the product. The consultation is a real assessment, not a formality, and if the doctor concludes a Cannexia product is not appropriate for you they will say so. Contact us on the number above and we will sort out the order.
