Products, ownership and tax

Placing an order means you agree to buy those products under these terms.

Everything on this website — the products, content, designs, trademarks, logos and branding — belongs to Cannexia. Nothing may be copied, reproduced, resold or distributed without our written permission.

All purchases are subject to GST and any other statutory levies.

Health, suitability and liability

Our products are natural and Ayurvedic formulations, and individual responses vary. You are responsible for reading the ingredients and usage instructions and deciding whether a product suits your health situation.

Cannexia is not liable for allergic reactions, side effects or adverse outcomes. Medical consultation before use is strongly recommended — and it is free with every order, so please use it.

Payments

Prices are shown on the website and may change without notice.

You can pay by credit or debit card, net banking, UPI, or the other methods shown at checkout. Cash on delivery, where offered, may carry an extra service charge.

All online payments are handled by secure third-party gateways. Cannexia is not responsible for payment failures, delays or technical interruptions at the gateway.

Shipping and delivery

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery timelines vary by location and are shown at checkout.

A strict no-return policy applies, except where the product is damaged, incorrect or expired. In those cases we provide a replacement once we have verified it. Full detail is on the shipping and returns page.

Disclaimer of warranties

The website and the products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Cannexia disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Accuracy or completeness of website content
• Fitness of products for a particular purpose

Personal use only

All products and samples are strictly for personal use. Resale, redistribution and commercial exploitation are not allowed, and we may limit or cancel orders we suspect are for resale.

Medical disclaimer

Products sold here are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Everything published is educational and does not replace professional medical advice.

Disputes and governing law

Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the website will be resolved by arbitration before a sole arbitrator appointed by both parties. If we cannot agree on one, the arbitrator will be appointed by the Hon’ble Delhi High Court.

Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, war or system failures.

Termination. We may suspend or end access to the website if these terms are breached.

Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these terms. Cannexia may assign its rights without notice.
